Both plans have the same features; only the cap on open requests differs. An open request is one still waiting on the client. Done and deleted requests don't count. At the Solo cap, finish or delete a request, or switch to Pro, to send a new one. Compare plans

How client files are protected

  • Files are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored.
  • Client links upload only. Downloading needs your signed-in account.
  • You choose how long files are kept. You can delete a request and its files at any time.

Not for medical records. Don't ask for or upload lab results, health claims, or other health data. FilesDue is not built for protected health information (PHI) or HIPAA use.
