Limits on both plans
- Files up to 100 MB each
- PDF, photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP), Word, Excel, CSV and ZIP
- Files kept 30, 60, 90, 180 days after a request is complete (you choose; default 90)
An open request is one still waiting on the client. Done and deleted requests don't count. At the Solo cap, finish or delete a request, or switch to Pro, to send a new one.
